Meet Our Team

Dr. Paula Ramsey,
DVM

Dr. Paula Ramsey received her doctor of veterinary medicine (DVM) degree from Texas A&M in 1998. She has 5 children with her husband Greg and currently 2 cats, Yoshi and Kitty, and 2 dogs, Yuma and Dini. In her off time, Dr. Ramsey enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, camping, bowling, going to various sporting events, watching movies, and cycling. She and several of her family members participate in the MS 150 Houston to Austin bike ride that takes place in April. Her professional interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, behavior, preventative medicine, and client education. ​

Krystal Pletcher
Hospital Administrator

Krystal is our hospital administrator. She has spent most of her childhood raising horses, goats, pigs, and of course, dogs and cats. She started off as a vet tech six years ago. She has one four legged child, named Cullen and he is a 5 year old blue merle Great Dane. Her hobbies include going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and fishing.

Destinie Adkins​
Lead Veterinary Technician

Destinie has been in the veterinary field since 2007. Destinie has always had a love for animals. They call her the kitty wrangler because she can usually handle any cat. When she's not at Loving Care she enjoys spending time with her two children, Hayden and Kennedy, and her cat Tabby. She loves the beach, movie nights and Mexican food.

April Nolan
Veterinary Technician

April has had a passion for animals since childhood. She has been a vet tech for six years. She is married with one daughter, Kinsley, and they have a family cat named Puddles. In her spare time, April likes to spend time with family, karaoke and spend time at the beach.

CC, Clinic Cat

My name is CC and I have lived at Loving Care for the past 11 years. I enjoy sleeping most of the day, but you will sometimes catch me in the rooms comforting new patients. My hobbies include, sunbathing in the windows, searching for treats, and rummaging around in women's purses.
